Vulnerability Checklist_MySQL_STIG1.xlsx: New VIDs addressed.

bashscriptGen1_test.py: Upon program/file generation, the programs are also made executable in order to be ran by the 'check-stig-db.py' program.

check-stig-db.py: A variation/adaptation of LT Ulrich's code that allows the VID to be accepted as an argument. Allowing VID programs specified by the user to be ran or to have them all ran at once.

mySQLSTIG_readMe.txt: Updated to provide instructions on how the various programs are intended to be ran and the requirements for them to function correctly.

mySQL_STIG_Checker6_testUser.sh: New VIDs addressed and coded.

Overall Status:	About 50 of the 125 have been addressed. With 25 VID's code being completed, and 25 VID's requiring more attention in addition to the code currently written.
