GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. the data bucket isn't created until after the first object is uploaded. This breaks the highstate because it expects the bucket to be there when it loads the PG settings.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
