Slides intro

These are the introduction slides that I use on day one. Most of our merge requests will be on the internal repo and held until the class is over to ensure we get all of the patches/fixes found during the class.

On day one the students always ask if they can get a copy of these slides so if we can get these merged today, it would be greatly appreciated. If you don't want them to be a permanent addition to the course, we can delete them after my class. The students clone the public repo on day 1 so this makes it easy for me.
