White removing yamls not needed

I removed the windows domain yaml that was in powershell public. The course did not require the students to do anything on a domain.

There is now a powershell.yaml in there that just has a windows 10 machine with notpad ++.

@michael.c.thiel Please approve and I will merge

@george.raileanu, @joshua.j.white30 did a great job at creating this yaml. This process for the PowerShell final was worked very well and it was way better than the paper final. Thank you. Please complete the merge.
