Centralized logging is now accomplished with ELK and the Beats agents. There is no longer a need to rely on Syslog sending logs to a centralized place so to de-duplicate log aggregation, we need to remove the remote logging configurations currently implemented in Syslog. This will also include building a formula to deploy ELK instead of Graylog and removing the associated Graylog code.
