Update ADOC guides to MD and create Check on Learning questions

To prepare for the eventual CVTE migration we will need to covert all our guides to markdown in the new Git repo that will eventually be copied over to the CVTE Git Repo.

ALl the current facilitation guides are uploaded with all images. They just need to be converted to MD code. Check on Learning questions need also be created for each block.

I have assigned everyone a FG to update as follows:

• Jeff Mathiowetz - Network Access (Use as guide)
• Chandler Grant - Network Layer
• Cameron Pfeil - Transport to Application
• Victor Lucio - Traffic Capture
• Madison Sample - Socket Programming
• Mark Dowd - File Transfer and Redirection and Network Reconnaissance
• Ricardo Ofray - Network Analysis and SSH Tunneling and Covert Channels
• Andrew Wight - Host Access Controls and Network Access Controls

Create a branch from THIS issue to use to make your updates. Once complete the submit a merge request for my review.
