Add branches from steve.willson project 'kalan' and 'adoc_slides'

, I added the 'kalan' and 'adoc_slides' branches from the steve.willson css project page.

Please review to see if you would like to incorporate the changes. Wanted to make you aware of the added branches.

'kalan' branch, CPT Kalan Snyder (now ETS'd) created a coursemap and was working on a scoring server (complete?) for the lab portion of css.

'adoc_slides' branch, minor updates to the cwe-78 adoc slides and Makefile.

My hope for the future is that all slides for USACYS are asciidoc files, stored on git.cybbh.space. The asciidoc files will be stored in version control, they can be generated by a script and copied to a local html server with reveal.js used to display them on the front screen (by connecting to the server). This will allow students to connect to the 'slide server' and view the slides on their own and easily follow links posted on the slides, copy code, or review material they have questions about, and if an error is spotted by a student, they can submit a pull request to correct it... think of the possibilities!
