Confusing use of "CMF" regarding who can contribute
While we can only accept input from members of the CMF, any person or organization is free to use any/all publicly available materials on this documentation site and on the version control system in accordance with the provided license(s).
This note located in https://git.cybbh.space/common/contributing/blob/master/docs/modules/ROOT/pages/index.adoc is somewhat confusing to outside readers. Someone reached out and asked why they were being excluded from input. For context, to the operational force, CMF exclusively refers to members of CMT, CST, NMT, NST, and CPT elements and excludes staff positions, JFHQ's, ARCYBER staff, etc.
I think the intent is to say that we accept input from members of the DOD but non-DOD orgs are free to use the content. If so, I recommend a modification to something like:
While we can only accept input from members within or supporting the Cyber Mission Force, any person or organization is free to use any/all publicly available materials on this documentation site and on the version control system in accordance with the provided license(s).
Pending agreement from @bitskrieg I'll branch off a change and push it back to master.
