Resolve "Update to Antora UI"

Closes #1 Cleanned up the UI to include sharper font, stretching the docs to fit the page, reduntent links, smaller footer, reorg of menus, and removal of that are not function. (i.e. Edit this page, href associated with site title, etc.) pipeline passes and UI is functional
