Instruction hours should auto calculate

Under Table 7, "The administrative/academic (50 min) hours required to teach this lesson are as follows:", the values are manually submitted in the template. This means it is possible for the total time rollup to not match the subsequent breakdown between LSAs, exercises, and tests. To fix this, the template should automatically calculate these values.

Suggested solution: go through a pass of all the LSAs, tests, etc and the time/hours and MOI for each and then add up the totals and display them in this table.
