GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. -Proper Horizon SPICE console fix

-Windows Update fix

-Added VcXsrv (and PuTTY) for X connections on the Win Ops station (helps with laggy X sessions across the network)

-Set Ubuntu mirror to fastest local mirror

-Enabled APT proxying (using BBH local proxy)
