GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

bug: cookie store fills up

Some students report their cookie store fills up and results in a 401 error until students clear their cookies.

The tool should manage its cookie usage and keep it below whatever limit triggers this.

Additionally, it may be possible to use other methods of client-side storage to get around the cookie issue.
